NEZHA, THE PIRATE CHILD – BACK FOR A SECOND YEAR IN SHAWINIGAN

On Wednesday, July 3rd, in Shawinigan, the Great Media Premiere of Nezha, the pirate child, was held at the Quebecor amphitheatre in La Cité de l’énergie.

This summer, Cirque Éloize begins its second residence in Shawinigan with its very first semi-permanent creation. The revamped edition of the show gives way to dance and acrobatic performances that will amaze the whole family.

It is in a universe reminiscent of an old Chinese pirate legend that the spectators of the rotating amphitheatre of the Cité de l’énergie will be transported. NEZHA tells the story of a young orphan girl abandoned on a mysterious island. As the legitimate heir to the Red Flags, she will have to face her fate in order to become, in her own way, the most fearsome pirate of all time.

The 90-minute, non-intermission show will be presented rain or shine in the covered and heated amphitheatre of the Cité de l’énergie. Nezha, the pirate child will be presented from Tuesday to Saturday at nightfall, from 21:30 from July 2nd to July 27th and at 21:00 thereafter.

We look forward to seeing you at the Cité de l’énergie from July 2nd to August 17th, get your tickets here!
