Circus Arts Technical Improvement Training

We are thrilled to partner with En Piste, Collège Lionel-Groulx, The 7 Fingers and TOHU to the launch of the Circus Arts Technical Improvement Training.  It benefits from the precious support of the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail.

The training is designed for stage technicians, lighting technicians, stage managers and technical directors who have not worked extensively in the circus arts or who wish to perfect their skills. It is also aimed at circus artists with relevant experience in stage technique, who wish to become more familiar with the particularities of the discipline.

Born of the needs expressed by several players in the discipline following the pandemic, the program aims to offer participants exceptional learning opportunities that will enable them to acquire new skills and eventually excel in a variety of professional contexts (indoor shows, big top shows, festivals, outdoor shows, etc.). Encouraging job retention, as well as meeting the challenges of labour shortages, are also among the objectives targeted by the partners.
