Critics and public alike rave about Cirque Éloize iD’s Premiere in London’s West End
The West End’s Peacock Theatre was packed for Cirque Éloize’s London Premiere of iD this past October 1st. The evening was a brilliant success, with the audience giving it a spontaneous and vibrant standing ovation at the end of the performance. Critics have since been raving about the show. The Telegraph’s Rachel Ward wrote “This truly thrilling modern circus show from the Canadian-based troupe was as nail-biting as it was beautiful.” The Guardian gave it a four star review and wrote “Terrific fun! It fizzes and thrills with infectious energy, skill and selfbelief” while Metro qualified it as a “hugely entertaining show (…) a circus and dance-fuelled adrenaline rush.” Entertainment Focus added “We’d love to give it a six out of five (…) go see the show and prepare to be dazzled and amazed.” Cirque Éloize iD runs at the Peacock Theatre until October 19. The show will then continue its European Tour and visit Belgium (Brussels), Turkey (Istambul), France (Noisy-le-Grand, Blagnac, Béziers, Lyon), Switzerland (Geneva) and Italy (Milan and Trieste).
